LICENSED MATERIAL
Buying licensed army equipment.
All tanks and all armoured vehicles as well as some of the trucks and spares thereto are liable to a license procedure by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. The whole procedure should not exceed the duration of 5 week for the EU countries and 10 weeks for non-EU member states.
The procedure requires the client to supply us with one or more of the following documents:
- IIC International Import Certificate
-this is usually the only and fully sufficient document required.
USA
1. Import Permit
An ATF Firearms and Explosives Division Permit is required for any import. The form is to be downloaded here.
The form shall be submitted to the following address:

2. Agricultural Inspection.
All goods are sold clear of dirt due to agriculture inspection.
3. Demilitarisation.
No demilitarisation of the armour is required. Gun demilitarisation is required.
4. International Import Certificate
The IIC is required for us to be capable of exporting the goods.

If your vehicle is to be shipped through Germany, a transition license has to be issued. The issuance might take a few days. However, no particular document is needed.
